Plain Oat Biscuits

400 g oats
320 g water
60 g olive oil
56 g sesame seeds
8 g salt

Grind the oats into flour (it can be a bit coarse if desired). Put all ingredients together and mix by hand. Divide dough and make into balls with a small ice-cream scoop. Flatten the balls with wet hands to make into circles. Add more water to the dough if it gets too dry. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the top.

Pre-heat the oven to 160° C. Bake for 35 minutes. Check if the middle is dry (these should be thoroughly dry and crunchy). Serves 4.
